Using our flexible home cleaning subscription means you pay a fixed amount each month for the hours we agreed on. We will come to your home and clean on your desired time and days, every week or every other week or once a month. During our first meeting, we will plan how long we clean and which days suit you the best.
We prioritize consistency in our cleaning services by assigning the same cleaner, on the same day and time, each week as per our agreement. In the event of illness or holidays, a substitute from our thoroughly trained team will be provided to ensure uninterrupted service. All our team members receive uniform training to maintain our high standards of quality.
To reschedule a cleaning session, please contact us via email at least 48 hours in advance. We will be happy to accommodate your request.
You will need to provide a vacuum cleaner. For the initial cleaning, we will bring a mop, bucket, and microfiber cloths. After the cleaning, we will leave these items in your home for you to clean and prepare for the next session.
You can cancel your subscription at any time by notifying us via email at least 48 hours before your next scheduled cleaning session.
Household services give you as a consumer a tax reduction of 50 percent of the total amount, which means that you only pay half the price. The deduction is made directly by us at the time of purchase. You need to be over 18 years old and you can make RUT and ROT deductions.
