In the event of illness or holidays, a substitute from our thoroughly trained team will be provided to ensure uninterrupted service. All our team members receive uniform training to maintain our high standards of quality.

How do I reschedule a cleaning session?

To reschedule a cleaning session, please contact us via email at least 48 hours in advance. We will be happy to accommodate your request.

Do the cleaners bring their own cleaning equipment?

You will need to provide a vacuum cleaner. For the initial cleaning, we will bring a mop, bucket, and microfiber cloths. After the cleaning, we will leave these items in your home for you to clean and prepare for the next session.

How does the RUT deduction work?

Accepted Answer

Household services give you as a consumer a tax reduction of 50 percent of the total amount, which means that you only pay half the price. The deduction is made directly by us at the time of purchase. You need to be over 18 years old and you can make RUT and ROT deductions.
